Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–10 business days after payment is received. 

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.


 

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred shipping method.

We offer domestic and international shipping.


 

Domestic Shipping (USA)

All U.S. orders are shipped with tracking and insurance.

Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.


 

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing times.

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.


 

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Shipping Damage or Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at southernskieswatchco@gmail.com with photos so we can assist.


 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Southern Skies Watch Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If an issue occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


 

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.

We cannot guarantee changes after an order is submitted, and orders shipped to incorrect addresses are not refundable.
